Returns and Exchange policies

  • Returns and exchange policies apply for all items purchased from the Website or on social media pages.
  • Items purchased from our website may be exchanged or returned within 14 working days from the date of order receipt.
  • Items that were damaged or defective, we will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • Shipping charges for returns and exchanges: Customers are responsible for the shipping charge for returns or exchanges.
  • Returns for refund will be subject to an R100 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
    Return for exchange will be subject to an R100 shipping fee and the customer must pay R100 again for the delivery of the new items.
  • Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
  • Return Order Condition: The merchandise returned or exchanged must be unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
  • Return items with any sign of being worn are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.
  • Items Not Returnable: For hygiene and health reasons, we do not accept the exchange or return of panties, bikinis, g-strings, thongs, or similar intimate items. Therefore, we advise that you ensure that you order the correct size.
  • Products on Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • International returns are accepted, however, the return shipping fees and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
